This course gives an understanding of Bitcoin, cryptocurrency, the cryptocurrency marketplace, and blockchain from the legal perspective such that lawyers can begin down a specialization path. Participants will understand the advantages and disadvantages of cryptocurrency and Blockchain. Participants don’t have to have any blockchain or crypto knowledge. However, understanding Bitcoin and blockchain technology is highly valuable; this way, course participants will have some basic insight into cryptocurrencies and blockchain and understand how they are used and misused.
